Abstract

A series of fictional letters tracing pineapple from European colonial imagination to its cultivation in England, intertwining history, archives, and fantasy. Through non- human voices and historical figures, the text exposes how extractive desire, the slave trade, and botanical science shape an imperial imaginary that persists today.
