Abstract
This paper presents methodologies and results of a research-creation process that complexifies food as a cultural, biological, and political concept. Developed by the Lab a-PTSE research group at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, it articulates cartographies, gatherings, collective creation and speculative writing, informed by the concepts of multispecies (Haraway) and cosmopolitics (Stengers), opening multiple readings and approaches to the act of eating.
