In her work, Legal Pedagogy and Constructivism in Legal Education, Elizabeth Mendoza Morales proposes a profound renewal of legal education in Mexico through the application of the constructivist approach. The author diagnoses the shortcomings of the traditional pedagogical model, centered on lectures and rote memorization of legal norms, and advocates for active methodologies that place the student at the center of the learning process. This review analyzes her main contributions: the use of the case method, collaborative learning, and the pedagogical training of faculty in law schools.
