Abstract

This article proposes a critical reading of Robin West"™s "Communities, Texts, and Law. Reflections on the Law and Literature Movement" which aims to highlight the importance of considering the irreducibility of interpretive mediation and Otherness of the Other within the issue of the establishment of a community.
