Migration Regulation in Chile: A Few Comments in a Human Rights Approach Regarding ESCE

In the last years in Chile the discussion about migrant’s human rights has become a subject of national debate, especially regarding the in force in 2022 of new law of migration and foreign affairs, it´s main objective was to modernize migration institutions and to establish principles and rights. But also, there is another instance of discussion in the matter which are the constitutional processes. The main theme of analysis of this document is how the new legal regulation approaches the economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights.
