Comparative Analysis of Public Procurement Systems Between Ecuador and Cuba

The purpose of this paper is to make a comparison between the public procurement systems of Ecuador and Cuba, in relation to the implementation of economic models that the states use to make their management transparent in their government and assert an exercise democratic. Thus, the objective of this work is to demonstrate the particularities of each country applied to public procurement, through the study of its regulations to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
