Abstract

Professor Bernardo Feijoo Sánchez in his book El Delito Corporativo en el Código Penal Español (Corporate Crime in the Spanish Penal Code), brings us closer to an issue of dialectics, a constant theme in economic criminal law, that is, corporate crime within Spanish law. The importance of this sub-branch of criminal law is of transcendence in societies in the process of industrialization, industrialization and, as Silva Sánchez would say, in post-industrialization societies, where the economic reality of the States within the aspect of globalization and supranational integration generates the so-called criminal law of economic globalization (Silva Sánchez, 2011, p. 83), which weakens the traditional concept of guarantee due to its flexibility at the time of preparing the imputation of crimes. viewed = 722 times
