The book “The Technological Competence of Arbitrators” by Katia Fach examines the importance of technological competence in contemporary arbitration. It highlights its benefits in terms of efficiency and service, but also emphasizes the ethical risks and cybersecurity concerns. Both Fach and the authors of this review agree on the need for international regulatory frameworks that integrate and regulate technologies, ensuring effective, ethical arbitration proceedings suited to a digital environment.
