Abstract

Microsurgical flaps are widely used in reconstruction in the area of maxillofacial surgery for cancer and considerable defects, which are a problem for the surgeon, whose success depends on a careful evaluation and a treatment plan. The present article deals with the use of microsurgical pendants, free transfer in the function of the environment and the lower face in the secondary part, the report of 2 clinical cases. With defects in the soft and hard parts, treated as postocological sequelae, and in the future oral rehabilitation with the placement of dental implants. The objective of this paper is to present the use of free flaps in rehabilitation, restitution of soft and hard tissues of the macizoofacial in patients with sequelae and post-surgical oncological defects, achieving favorable results in order to return the swallowing function, phoniatric with implants osseointegrated dental.
