Abstract
Fact checking in journalism is one of the current debates around the role of media in democracies. Chequeado from Argentina is a pioneer project in the region and the rest of the world devoted to public speech verification. Journalism, design, education, technology and networking can be combined to provide tools and awareness for citizens to face false information, as Olivia Sohr from Chequeado explains in this interview.
