In Ecuador the media must also change their face

Abstract
Women face great challenges to enter to information technologies and assume leadership roles. Facing with this reality, Powerful Girls community emerges in Latin America. Their ambassadors in Ecuador tell how this experience incubated since 2017 is progressing because more women are studying journalism, but that index is not reflected in newsrooms where men duplicate their presence in front of women. This community encourages collaborative work over the individual, and promotes horizontal learning and ties among its members.
