Communication strategies of the national government of Daniel Noboa on the social network “X” regarding the Popular Consultation of April 21, 2024

Abstract
This study analyzes the communication strategies used by the government of Daniel Noboa on the social network X during the campaign for the Popular Consultation held on April 21, 2024. A mixed-methods approach was applied using observation forms and interviews with political communication experts. Findings reveal a strategy based on emotional messages about security and employment, with strong digital impact but limited by the lack of a persuasive narrative and disconnection from popular sectors.
