Abstract

In journalism, long-term jobs require cooperation, as have been the last cases of international importance. It also requires having good files and contacts to whom, in some cases, guaranteeing anonymity so they feel calm when talking. Los juegos del poder. Espionaje y control de la información is an analysis of the change of the intelligence system from a geopolitical perspective, to understand why Ecuador is viewed with interest by international powers. A review is made of some key turns and how the system was politicized for the interest of a government and a regional ideology.
