Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the clinical findings obtained in the treatment of gingival recessions with the use of acellular dermal matrix (MDA), subepithelial connective tissue graft (ICS) and coronal repositioned flap with enamel matrix proteins (CRC) + (DME). Fifteen defects will be treated in patients with Class I and II of Miller in canines or premolars. The treatment with MDA, ETCS and (CRC) + (DME) will be made randomly, clinical measurements will be compared 3 months after surgical procedures. These data include: percentage of root coverage, height and width of the gingival recession, probing depth, clinical attachment level and height of keratinized gingiva mucogingival line position. Statistical analysis will be performed using a normality test, hypothesis testing, a significant error of 5% (ANOVA).
