Abstract
For over 40 years, Sidney has practiced clinical psychotherapy for children, adults, couples and professionals for nearly 45 years. Together with her husband, Al Tompkins, a senior lecturer at the Poynter Institute, she has worked with journalists from around the world who have suffered traumatic stress. Most recently, they have worked with Ukrainian and Russian reporters who have covered the fighting that began on February 24, 2022.
